The mount tabs and housing are all fine un repaired but there is a small piece of the adjuster missing that will not affect anything. Please see the pictures and judge for yourself. If you want a genuine OEM light that will fit your truck at great price, this is it. The lens shows normal light road wear and a super scuff I have tried to show in image 3 that is very faint it has not been refurbished.
